“Sergey and his crew were very professional. He showed up when he said he would for the estimate appointment for a main bathroom remodel, and even came back a second time to review more details upon my request. His pricing seemed very reasonable compared to other quotes which were higher. He showed me pictures of his own bathrooms he remodeled and I could tell he would do a top notch job. He was very comfortable and experienced with what I was asking to do (some other companies were not sure about some items, like heated floors). His crew (long time employees, not new people picked up off the corner that day) were prompt in arriving the first day as scheduled at 9am, and every day they arrived at 9am (except for as couple of days off). They were very clean, put down protective floor covering and cleaned up the site at the end of each day. The quality of work was unbelievable – I did not have to scrutinize anything because they did it all correctly the first time. I recently had a kitchen remodel from a different company where I felt like I was the project manager, but not so with Sergey’s team. I am very picky, but had no issues or redos for what they installed. I am just amazed at how wonderful it turned out. Also, Sergey was always very responsive for communications and easy to communicate with for what I wanted, and he even went above and beyond and made improvements on my design. I would definitely use this company again and highly recommend them.”
